Martin Prosperi, Bentley University BBA in Finance graduate, boasts a decade of wealth management expertise, catering to diverse clients in various jurisdictions. Actively involved in the search fund community, Martin collaborates with leading industry firms, securing five investments and achieving very lucrative exits for his investors. He's also a partner at ReadySpaces, a co-working industrial PE platform spanning +30 warehouses in major U.S. and Canadian markets. Formerly Vice President of Investments at Citi Private Bank, Martin excelled as an Investment Counselor.

As a seasoned CPA by trade Mr. Ales, boasts over two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, along with an extensive background in both private and publicly traded organizations. He's a founding member and Principal of Bayshore Investment Partners, LLC. Throughout his career, has provided executive level leadership and management for private equity, family offices, funds, and multi-national conglomerates.  He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Accounting from Florida International University.

Holding a BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from EAE Business School, Alvaro is also the founder of Step Up Financial Modeling, a consulting start-up providing valuation and feasibility models for startups and small enterprises, along with advisory services on capital raising and financial planning. He holds a BBA in Business Administration & Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Berklee College, graduating Cum Laude. Currently, as Marketing Director at Automobili Lamborghini, Juan is leading the launch of the Automobili Lamborghini Kitchen in 2023 in the United States.
